From Research to Real Journey – LMC Spice Route

The LMC Spice Route Research Project is moving from knowledge to real-world application. Raya Heritage in Chiang Mai has incorporated the research outcomes into culinary activities and dining experiences during April and May, sharing stories of spices, food heritage, and cultural traditions through curated meals and creative activities.

The initiative will not only take place in Chiang Mai. Raya Heritage plans to expand the Spice Route experiences from Chiang Mai to Bangkok and Krabi, symbolizing the journey of spices from northern to southern Thailand and connecting people and cultures through shared flavors and stories.

This represents the true power of research—knowledge that is alive and capable of inspiring real experiences and gastronomy tourism development.
